Once you fill out the form, I’ll email you for confirmation, shipping costs and a Paypal invoice.

Orders of 2 or more books are eligible for a 10% discount.

Orders of 4 books or more are eligible for 20% discount.

Shipping costs may vary and will be determined after receiving your address as I don’t live in the US or Europe. (Between $20-$40 up to 3 books. More books will cost more in shipping fees according to their weight.)
